The elected Officers and Ways and Means Chair(s) shall constitute the Board of Directors. The Board shall transact all business of the Club. Any policy changes recommended by the Board will be presented to the membership for approval. The Board shall meet monthly as needed and vote on any needed matters. If a vacancy occurs in the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors shall have the right of appointment in filling the vacancy for the remainder of the unexpired term of office unless it is the President.
